Phantoms Compete in 2K24 Kansas City Dragon Boat Festival

Women win Gold in 500-Meter Premiere Division!!!  

The Phantom crew placed fourth in the 500-Meter Premiere Mixed Division at the 2024 Kansas City Dragon Boat Festival.  Several of our female/survivor paddlers also had the opportunity to race in the Premiere 500-Meter Women’s Division, winning gold medals for their efforts.  Congrats to all on an outstanding performance!

Phantoms Compete in 2K24 Arizona Dragon Boat Festival

Congratulations to the Phantoms crew for another strong showing at this year’s Arizona Dragon Boat Festival, held March 23-24, 2K24.  In a highly competitive event, our Phantom Dragons / Pink Phantoms crew placed third in the Guts & Glory Division D races.  Many thanks to paddlers from other crews who teamed up w/ us to compete in this event!  

Also, special recognition for our Pink Phantoms paddlers who assisted crews in other divisions.  A generous grant from the Cancer League of Colorado helped make participation in this event possible for our BCS paddlers.

Phantoms Win Bronze in 2K22 Portland Dragon Boat Festival

Phantoms – Bronze Medalists in 2022 Portland Dragon Boat Festival!!!  

The Phantom Dragons / Pink Phantoms crew captured Bronze Medals in the 500-Meter Mixed-C Division at the 2022 Portland Dragon Boat Festival.  Several of our paddlers filled open slots on Women’s and BCS crews, and brought home additional hardware!  Congrats to all for a great performance!

Phantoms Compete in 2K22 Arizona Dragon Boat Festival

Congratulations to the Phantoms crew for another strong showing at this year’s Arizona Dragon Boat Festival, held March 26-27, 2K22.  Many thanks to the CODA and LA Harbor Dragons paddlers who teamed up w/ us to compete in this event, and special thanks to Connie Flesuras for drumming for us!  

A huge congratulations to our Pink Phantoms paddlers who raced w/ the Central Coast SurviveOars crew, winning Gold Medals in the BCS Division.  A generous grant from the Cancer League of Colorado helped make participation in this event possible for our BCS paddlers.

Phantoms to Compete in Arizona Dragon Boat Festival March 26-27

After having all of their competitive events canceled for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Phantom Dragons / Pink Phantoms crew finally have another race on their calendar.  The crew is registered to race in the Arizona Dragon Boat Festival, to be held March 26-27, 2K22. In all likelihood, several of our Pink Phantoms paddlers will also participate as part of survivor crews in the BCS Division races and ceremony.  Wish us luck!  SaveSaveSaveSave
