Congratulations to the Phantom Dragons / Pink Phantoms crew for their strong showing in the 2017 Arizona Dragon Boat Festival held March 25-26, 2K17. Short-handed for the event (as usual), the Phantoms crew had some much appreciated help from a wide variety of paddlers from other areas.
